Support & Help Center

Need a hand with Campzone? This page covers the most common questions across the iOS, Android, and web apps. If you can’t find an answer, email support@campzone.app and we’ll help.

Contact & response times

When you write in, tell us your account email, the platform (iOS / Android / web), the app version, and the camp involved (if any). Do not include passwords or full payment-card numbers.

Common topics

Signing in

Campzone uses Sign in with Apple or Google. Use the same provider each time so you return to the same account. If Sign in with Apple hides your email, keep using the private-relay address it created. If you can’t sign in, ensure the device clock is correct and you have a network connection, then retry.

Completing your profile (onboarding)

After first sign-in you’ll set your age, church, preferred language, and gender. Your age group is derived automatically. You can edit your profile anytime from Profile / Settings.

Registering for a camp & family members

  • Submitting a registration sends a request to camp leadership for approval. You may be waitlisted if the camp is at capacity.
  • Adults can add family members (children) and register them, with emergency contact, any medical notes, and guardian consent. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information.
  • Approval, transportation, and lodging are managed by the camp organizers.

Payments

Some camps charge a fee (registration, transportation, or other items). Payments are handled securely by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). For paid camps a successful payment can automatically confirm your registration. Receipts and refunds are handled by the camp organizer per their policy - contact your camp’s leadership for refund requests.

Notifications

Enable notifications when prompted (after onboarding). Manage them per camp, role, and team in Profile / Settings. If you stop receiving push notifications, re-check OS-level notification permission for Campzone and the in-app toggles.

Tickets & check-in

QR codes for camp check-in and transportation boarding appear in your passes area once your registration is approved (and, for transport, paid or waived). Keep the screen bright when scanned.

Offline use

Songbook, schedule, and camp program are cached for offline access at camp. Reconnect periodically to sync the latest changes.

Deleting your account

Open Profile / Settings and choose the account-deletion option. If you do not have the app installed, you can initiate a web-based data and account deletion request by emailing privacy@campzone.app with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'. A 30-day grace period applies - you can cancel within that window by signing back into the mobile app. After 30 days the account is permanently erased. See the Privacy Policy for what is retained for legal/audit reasons.

Exporting your data

To request a copy of your personal data, email privacy@campzone.app from your account email. See the Privacy Policy for your rights.

Reporting content, blocking users & child safety

Campzone has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. In the app you can:

  • Report a message, announcement, or other content using its report/flag action;
  • Block another user from the chat message menu so you no longer see their messages;
  • contact camp leadership, who can also moderate content within their camp.

We review reports and act on objectionable content within a reasonable time, which may include removing content and suspending accounts. To escalate a safety concern, or to report content involving a minor, email safety@campzone.app immediately and contact local authorities if someone is in danger.

Service status

If the app cannot load data, check your connection first. The shared backend health endpoint is https://notification-backend-chi.vercel.app/api/health. Persistent issues? Email support@campzone.app.
