Typical response time for support is 2–3 business days. Safety and security reports are triaged with priority. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

For content concerns, the fastest path is often in-app: use the report/flag action on the content, block an abusive user from the chat message menu, or contact your camp’s leadership, who can moderate content within their camp. See Support for step-by-step help.
